How does your motion video frame work?
Words in Motion video frame has a built-in lithium battery and an HD LCD display that allows you to upload and play your favorite memory endlessly on loop.
Can I change my video once I receive the frame?
Yes you can! All you need to do is plug the frame into your laptop or PC and you can delete the video that will be on it and replace it with another you love!
Do I need to charge it and how long does the frame stay on for?
Yes! When the frame is fully charged it will have a battery life of 2-3 hours. However, you can simply plug the USB cable (included in the package) into your computer or AU powerpoint (included in the package) and it will allow your frame to stay on 24/7!
How long can the video be?
Your video can be up to 15 minutes long!

How long is shipping?

What size does the video need to be?
It is best your video is either 16:9 or 9:16- essentially meaning like an Instagram story. We or you will adjust the resolution to ensure it displays on the frame correctly!
Can I use photos?
Yes! You can do a mixture of both videos and photos for display.
Does the frame have sound?
It sure does! You have the option to add sound to your video. We do like to let our customers know to keep in mind that since your video will be on loop 24/7 the sound will also be on loop, which may take away the importance from the replaying memory!
How do I turn off the frame?
Simply put it back into the box it comes in and close the lid. There is a magnetic battery in the box that will switch off the frame for you!
What comes with the frame?
You will get your very own Words in Motion acrylic video frame with a USB cable and AU charging port.
Can I pause the photo frame?
Unfortunately no, the memory will play on a loop unless you place it back in its box.
How big is the frame's screen?
Our acrylic frames are 5" with an HDC LCD screen. We are working to bring other sizes in though!
What is your return policy?
We only allow returns of an item within 14 days once received. If the product is received damaged or you are facing issues with the frame, send us an email with your order number and we will get it resolved quickly!
