Shipping & Delivery

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays.

As we are based in Sydney Australia, we ship via Australia Post, allowing us to provide standard (estimated 3-5 business days) and express (estimated 1-2 business days) shipping options. 

For international orders, we advise a 6-9 business day transit time. However, due to the impacts of COVID-19 in various countries, this time may be longer.

Returns Policy

We only allow returns of an item within 14 days once received. If the product is received damaged or you are facing issues with the frame, send us an email with your order number and we will get it resolved quickly!
